Joanne Shofner, a Republican recently elected to the Texas State House for District 11, has posted a series of statements on her official social media account regarding early voting, her endorsement from Texas Values Action, and support for former President Donald Trump.

On October 31, 2025, Shofner urged Texans to participate in the electoral process by posting: “Today is the LAST DAY of early voting! It’s time to use our voices and our votes to defend Texas. Every vote counts in shaping our future, so VOTE TODAY!”

The following day, November 1, she acknowledged recognition from an advocacy group with the statement: “It is such an honor to get 100% from @TxValuesAction ! Thank you so much for all of your hard work in keeping faith and family at the forefront in Texas!”

Later that same day, Shofner expressed support for former President Donald Trump’s actions with another post: “Thank you @realDonaldTrump for taking bold action to stop this genocide!! The Texas House stands behind you!!”

Shofner was elected in 2025 to represent Texas’s 11th House district after succeeding Travis Clardy. As a member of the state legislature, she has publicly aligned herself with conservative advocacy groups and political figures.
