On August 21, 2025, Shofner posted on X (formerly Twitter) regarding medical freedom and new legislation: “Another, ‘BAMM!!’ Medical Freedom!!! Conservative values!!! HD 11!!! On August 22, Shofner thanked Texas Governor Greg Abbott for his involvement in a legislative signing event. She wrote: “Thank you @GregAbbott_TX for including HD 11 at the signing today! It was an honor to be there for this extremely important legislation. https://t.co/mMLKDuY9Mh”.
Shofner succeeded Travis Clardy as representative of the state’s 11th House district after her election in 2025. Her recent posts highlight both her alignment with conservative policy priorities and her engagement with legislative developments at the state level.
