Apple Springs ISD Education: 205 students were enrolled in schools in 2021-22 school year

There were 205 students enrolled in Apple Springs ISD schools in the 2021-22 school year, 0.5% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 50.7% of them were girls, and 49.3% were boys.

Data also shows that the majority of students were white, representing 85.9% of the Apple Springs ISD total enrollment.

Apple Springs ISD roughly covers schools within Trinity County with its main office in Apple Springs.

Among the two schools in Apple Springs ISD, Apple Springs Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 121 students in the 2021-22 school year.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.

More than 5.4 million students are enrolled in public schools across Texas. Nearly one million of them live in rural areas where options for local public schools are few and far between.
