There were 10 Asian students enrolled in Pineywoods Community Academy School District in the 2021-22 school year, 9.1% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Pineywoods Community Academy School District welcomed 995 students during the 2021-22 school year. Among them, Asian students comprised 1% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

Pineywoods Community Academy School District roughly covers schools within Angelina County and has a main office in Lufkin.

Among the four schools in Pineywoods Community Academy School District, Sarah Strinden Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of Asian students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of six students.
