There were 997 students enrolled in Pineywoods Community Academy in the 2022-23 school year, a slight increase compared to the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.7% of them were girls, and 49.3% were boys.

The most represented ethnicity among Pineywoods Community Academy students was white, accounting for 46.8% of the student population.

Pineywoods Community Academy roughly covers schools within Angelina County with its main office in Lufkin.

Among the three schools in Pineywoods Community Academy, Sarah Strinden Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 515 students in the 2022-23 school year.
